WHere is a home-style version of a beverage featured on our latest drinks list. This is a large-volume prepared mix that's loaded with essence of a festive period, making it ideal for hosting a holiday party. Save the extra citrus syrup you can use for morning drinks, desserts, or for another batch of the drink.

Bikini Recipe

Yields 10 servings

For the Clementine Cordial (yields 750ml)

300ml recently pressed clementine juice
200ml recently pressed lemon juice
500g granulated sugar

For the Premix (yields 850ml, enough for 10)

400ml good quality vodka
100ml classic gin
150ml peach-flavored liqueur
200ml citrus syrup (see above)
Fresh cranberries, to garnish
Mandarin essential oil, to finish

Instructions

To prepare the Syrup: Place the listed components inside a pan, bring to a simmer, mixing to dissolve. Next, take off the heat allowing it to cool completely. Transfer into a clean bottle, seal and store in the fridge, it can be stored for about four weeks.

Preparing the Cocktail Base: Combine the specified liquids in a large bottle, let it rest for one hour, then pass it through preferably using cheesecloth, making it fully clarified.

For serving: Measure 85ml of your premix to a stirring glass containing ice, and stir carefully for about 60 seconds until cold. Filter into a cold coupe glass or equivalent, decorate with some cranberries and finish with a brief mist with the mandarin essence above the glass.
